IraqiStar is operated by Code Slice LLC, a company registered in Maryland, United States, at 302 E Joppa Rd, Towson, MD 21286, USA, with its partner in Iraq, Taskii, registered in Erbil under number 20260104103777, at Zaner City, Erbil, Iraq, and is responsible for your personal data. • Your account: your name, phone number or email, and language.
• Your orders: who a message is for, your message to the star, the recipient's WhatsApp or email if you give it, a session's topic and files, and for children's sessions the child's first name and year of birth.
• Merch: the words and the item, and the receiver's name, phone, city and address if you give it.
• Payments: the method and transfer reference; we never see your card or wallet details.
• Stars: photo, introduction video, biography, identity document and payout account; only our team sees the document and the account.
• Reports and the messages between us, and contact-page messages, which go only to our team's email.
• Technical data: the cookies that keep you signed in and remember your language and theme, and server logs such as your IP address.

To run your orders and sessions; to send login codes and updates by email, WhatsApp or SMS; to confirm payments, send refunds and pay stars; to keep the platform safe and handle reports; and to meet our legal duties.

A star sees only what they need: the name the message is for, your message, the session topic, a child's first name and year of birth, and your files, never your phone number or email.

Trusted providers process data only on our instructions: hosting, database and storage (in Frankfurt, Germany), video calls, email and WhatsApp, and online payments. Our print partner receives a merch receiver's name, phone and address only to print and deliver it, and merch designs are made by AI from the star's words and picture with no data about you. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

Delivered videos are stored privately and can be watched by anyone with their link, so share it only with people you trust. Calls take place in a private room that we do not record, except a one-to-one session with a child, which is recorded for you, the star and our team to watch and deleted after 30 days. Group classes are never recorded.

Accounts are for adults only. For children's sessions we ask the guardian for the child's first name and year of birth only, show them only to that session's host, and let the guardian remove them at any time unless the child has a booking.

We keep your account data while your account is open. When you delete it, we erase your personal details, your children's names, your files and the videos made for you, and keep order codes, amounts and dates without anything that identifies you, as long as accounting and tax rules require. A star's identity document is removed when their profile is closed.

Data travels encrypted, files sit in private storage and open only through links that expire, and only our team can see identity documents.

You can see and change your details in your account, remove children you added unless they have bookings, and delete your account once your paid orders are finished and any refund has reached you. If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or on the site before it applies.
