- What is IraqiStar?
- IraqiStar (نجم العراق) is an Iraqi platform where you can get a personal video or voice message from Iraq's stars, book a live video session with teachers, coaches and experts, join group classes and courses online or in person, find classes for your children on IraqiStar Kids, and order videos for your business.
- Who runs IraqiStar?
- IraqiStar is run and developed by Code Slice LLC, a company registered in Maryland, United States, which owns the IraqiStar™ brand. Our partner in Iraq is Taskii, in Erbil.
- How do I become a star on IraqiStar?
- Stars, experts, teachers and nurseries don't sign up on their own: apply on the Become a star page, and our team reviews every application before a profile goes public.
Video messages
- How do I get a personal video from a star?
- Pick a star and an occasion, write what you'd like them to say, and pay. The star records a video of up to 3 minutes for you or for someone you choose, and it arrives by a private link you can watch, download and share.
- How long does a video take?
- Each star shows on their profile how many days they take. If the star doesn't deliver in time, or declines the request, you get your money back in full.
- How much does a video from a star cost?
- Each star sets their own price. You see the full price, IraqiStar's service included, on the request form before you pay.
- Can I send a video as a gift?
- Yes. Order it for someone else and have it sent to their WhatsApp or email on the day and at the hour you pick, up to 30 days ahead.
Sessions and classes
- How do live sessions with experts work?
- Choose an expert and a free time in their calendar, pick 30, 60 or 90 minutes, and pay. The session is a private video call in your browser or in the IraqiStar app, and the room opens 10 minutes before the start.
- What are group classes and courses?
- A star or teacher hosts a class for a few people, online or in person, with a price per seat. A course is several classes on set days, bought as one seat. If too few seats are paid 3 hours before the first class, it is called off and everyone gets a full refund.
IraqiStar Kids
- Is IraqiStar Kids safe for children?
- Every teacher and nursery on IraqiStar Kids is checked by our team first. The account always belongs to a parent, and the child never has a login. Children's group classes have no chat, and a one-to-one session with a child is recorded for the parent to watch, then deleted after 30 days.
IraqiStar Business
- Can a business order videos from stars?
- Yes, with IraqiStar Business. Write a brief with your filming day and the star sends a price; some stars have a fixed price. The business may use the video in its own marketing and ads, paid ads included, without a time limit.
Payments and refunds
- How do I pay?
- Depending on what's available in your country, you pay online by card or e-wallet, or by transfer to our Qi Card account. Outside Iraq, cards are charged in US dollars. Prices are in Iraqi dinars.
- What if something goes wrong?
- You have 24 hours after a video is delivered or a session ends to report a problem, and our team reviews every report. If a star declines your request, doesn't deliver in time, or a class is called off, you get back everything you paid.

- What is Ataa?
- Ataa (عطاء) is IraqiStar's giving: every paid order supports a charity campaign, the one its star chose or our main campaign. Each campaign's page shows what it has raised.
